The SSU keeps on not just detaining enemy agents, informants and saboteurs, but also obtaining valuable information from collaborators, which will help Ukraine to win this war.

Over the last 24 hours, the SSU carried out several important operations. 

In Donetsk region:

The SSU detained two individuals who assisted the occupiers.

One of them is a local resident who informed the enemy on the military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and its movement. She sent the intelligence to the so-called ‘deputy of the 2nd convocation of the DNR People’s Council’ through a banned social network.

The second detainee is a former Slovyansk police officer. He reported to the enemy on the movement of Ukrainian military personnel near Karachun, the town and the mountain. For this, the DNR militants promised him a position in the leadership of the occupation administration after the territory is taken over by Russian invaders.

In Severodonetsk:

The SSU detained Russian artillery spotters who were helping the enemy to shell the city.

One of them acted on the instructions of a militant Illya, who is currently fighting against Ukraine in the 2nd Army Corps of Russian troops.

The traitor walked the streets of Severodonetsk, recorded the location of Ukrainian equipment and servicemen and passed the intelligence to the enemy. Later, Russian terrorists shelled these areas of the city.

Another local, according the SSU operatives, was preparing to pass the collected information to the enemy. He was coordinated by the same militant. The spy was detained in time.

In Luhansk region:

The SSU has started the interrogation of the captured members of the so-called ‘LNR military units’, who were defeated in the battle near Severodonetsk.

These are ten residents of the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk region, whom the occupiers ‘mobilized’ for the war against Ukraine. The militants not only took part in hostilities, but also conducted reconnaissance and mined highways. Their group was defeated by the Armed Forces.

The prisoners are currently testifying at the SSU about their units and their commanders from the Russian military.

In Poltava region:

The SSU qualified as treason the actions of three local residents who sided with the enemy and took part in Russian media propaganda campaign. They called on the Ukrainian military not to resist the occupying forces and to defect to the enemy. All of the suspects were detained.
