Here is another selection of the latest SSU special operations.

In Kherson region:

The SSU established a collaborator who helped the invaders kidnap Ukrainian patriots in the temporarily occupied territory of the region. The traitor also took part in torturing the illegally detained locals.

As a result of a special operation, the SSU officers took the criminal out to the territory controlled by Ukrainian authorities.

In Lviv region:

The SSU Counterintelligence detained another enemy’s agent who was gathering intelligence in Western Ukraine. 

It has been established that the occupiers’ aider lived in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions for a long time. There he was recruited by representatives of Russian special services. Following their instructions, when the full-scale aggression started he secretly arrived in Lviv region to carry out subversive activities.

In Donetsk region:

The SSU exposed a resident of Pershotravnevyi, who gathered intelligence for the Russian artillery reconnaissance unit regarding the positions and movement of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, the enemy agent passed the intelligence through his close relative, who lives in the temporarily occupied Donetsk, as well as through a member of a terrorist group of the so-called DNR.

In Rivne region:

Following an investigation by the SSU, the court convicted an FSB agent to 13 years in prison. It has been established that following his supervisors’ instructions he collected intelligence on the deployment of Ukrainian military units. The traitor was also preparing an act of sabotage at a critical infrastructure facility in the region.

The SSU detained the saboteur while he was trying to carry out enemy’s instructions.

The SSU is working systematically to hold to account high-ranking officials of the aggressor state for particularly serious crimes against Ukraine.

The SSU opened criminal proceedings against the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Bastrykin, who tried to illegally extend the jurisdiction of this ruscists’ federal body over the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.

Upon the revealed facts of criminal activity, the SSU continues to take comprehensive measures to identify and bring to justice all those involved in the aggression against our state and killing of civilians.
