SSU detains collaborator whom russians appointed to head occupied Dymer in Kyiv region (video)
The SSU detained another enemy accomplice, who was appointed by the occupiers as the so-called ‘deputy head of Dymer village council’ during the temporary occupation of Kyiv region.
He provided fuel for the invaders’ military equipment, arranged supply of gas, electricity and food to the enemy’s base.
The collaborator also participated in interrogations of illegally detained citizens, including of representatives of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. Ruscists beat out of them locations of Ukrainian Defence Forces and addresses of ATO veterans.
If victims refused to give up information on Ukrainian defenders, the enemy resorted to psychological pressure, violence and death threats.
The collaborator coordinated his criminal actions with the commander of the occupiers’ unit, colonel of the russian armed forces with the code name ‘father Kiril’.
According to the investigation, the traitor is a local businessman who voluntarily agreed to cooperate with russians as a ‘deputy head of Dymer village council’ and ‘director of a utility company’.
There, the enemy accomplice arranged his ‘workplace’ and met local residents, whom he tried to involve in cooperation with the invaders.
After the liberation of Dymer, the criminal was hiding from justice in other regions of Ukraine. However, the SSU located and detained him.
SSU investigators notified the detainee of suspicion of crime under Article 111-1.5 of the CCU.
Solomianskyi District Court of Kyiv ruled to keep the suspect in custody.
The SSU carried out the operation under the procedural supervision of Kyiv Region Prosecutor’s Office.
