Dnipropetrovsk region: SSU detains Ukrzaliznytsia official preparing russian missile strike on logistics routes of Defense Forces

The SSU Counterintelligence detained another informer of occupants in the city of Dnipro.

The offender is an official of Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian railways) local office, recruited by russian servicemen early 2023.

Instructed by a russian handler, the spy collected intelligence on the locations of the Security and Defense Forces in the city.

Occupiers planned to use the data to prepare missile attacks on critically important facilities of transport infrastructure of Ukraine.

The SSU officers proactively prevented the enemy's plans. The offender was timely exposed and detained at her home.

During the search of suspect’s home, the SSU seized a mobile phone which she used to communicate with the russian handler.

Based on the evidence collected, SSU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion.
