SSU detains ruscist henchman who ‘handed over’ Kherson Ukrposhta branch to enemy
In the liberated Kherson, the SSU detained another enemy accomplice.
The person in question is a local resident who agreed to head the ‘legal unit of the state unitary enterprise ‘pochta Kherson’ of the russian federation’ [occupation post service] during the city’s occupation.
In this ‘position’, he fulfilled the gauleiter Saldo’s orders to ‘russify’ the local directorate of JSC Ukrposhta [Ukrainian post service].
The collaborator developed ‘documentation’ for the unlawful transfer of material resources of Kherson Ukrposhta JSC directorate to the russian invaders.
The traitor also helped connect russia’s occupation authorities to the local postal system.
After Kherson’s liberation, the man tried to hide from justice. However, the SSU tracked him down and apprehended him.
Based on the evidence collected, SSU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion under Article 111-2.1 of the CCU (aiding the aggressor state).
The suspect is in custody, facing up to 12 years in prison. The investigation is ongoing.
The operation was carried out under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
