SSU detains 5 pro-russian agitators who justified russia’s aggression and called to capture Kyiv

The SSU has apprehended another 5 pro-russian agitators who were active in several regions of Ukraine.

They justified russia’s armed aggression, called for the seizure of state power and incited ethnic hatred.

In Kyiv:

The law enforcement agencies have exposed a Kyiv blogger, who publicly degraded the dignity of one of the national communities and denied russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine.

To do this, the ‘activist’ recorded provocative streams in the Babyn Yar Historical and Memorial Reserve and posted them on his own Facebook, Instagram and YouTube pages.

In Zhytomyr region:

The SSU exposed members of the fake ‘people’s power’ branch. These were two residents who tried to impose kremlin narratives on the local population. For example, they called russia’s armed aggression a ‘civil conflict’ in Ukraine.

To disseminate enemy propaganda, they held so-called ‘workshops’ in a library building and then posted videos of them on social media.

In Zaporizhzhia region:

The SSU exposed the wife of the rector of a local temple of moscow patriarchate’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church. On her Telegram channel, the woman glorified russian occupiers and justified their crimes in Mariupol.

In Cherkasy:

a local agitator has been sentenced in court for publicly calling for a forceful seizure of state power and a military coup in Ukraine.

Operational and investigative activities were carried out together with the National Police under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office.
