SSU detains enemy accomplice in Chornobaivka, who by order of gauleiter Turulyov cantoned occupiers in village
In the course of stabilization measures in the liberated districts of Kherson region, the SSU exposed another enemy accomplice.
The offender is a resident of Chornobaivka, who after the village was captured voluntarily cooperated with invaders.
The man offered his ‘help’ to the former head of the local occupation administration, collaborator Yurii Turuliov, who is currently hiding in the occupied areas of southern Ukraine.
Under the gauleiter’s ‘protection’, the individual was appointed to head the so-called ‘communal enterprise of the rural territorial community’.
In this ‘position’, he was engaged in cantonment of russian military personnel in the premises of local enterprises.
On his instructions, communal facilities were prepared for storing military equipment and weapons of russian invaders.
The collaborator also kept ‘humanitarian aid’ from russia on the territory of his own enterprise. The enemy tried to use such ‘aid’ to ensure the ‘turnout’ at the sham referendum.
After the liberation of the village, the criminal planned to flee to russia. However, the SSU established his location and detained him.
SSU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion under the Article 111-2.1 of the CCU (aiding the aggressor state).
Court chose custody as a measure of restraint. The investigation is ongoing.
The operation was carried out by the SSU Office in Kherson region under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
