SSU detains traitor who helped ruscists abduct ATO veterans during occupation of part of Kyiv region (video)

In the course of counter-sabotage measures in the north of Kyiv region, the SSU exposed another enemy accomplice.

The offender is a resident of Hlibivka village, who during the seizure of Vyshhorod district supported russian occupiers and offered them his assistance in the war against Ukraine.

The offender provided the aggressor with the addresses of local residents who could potentially be part of a resistance movement, including former participants of the Anti-Terrorist Operation in the east of Ukraine.

Using his ‘information’, invaders broke into homes of Ukrainian patriots and abducted them. The victims were tortured and forcibly taken to russia.

It was established that the traitor had personally participated in punitive raids in the district.

The individual, together with ruscists, broke into a private house of a local resident to illegally detain him.

During the ‘raid’, the man physically abused and threatened the victim’s wife with murder.

The enemy accomplice also looted homes of locals to ‘assist’ occupiers with the logistical supplies.

In this way, he ‘confiscated’ a minibus from a resident of the village.

According to the investigation, the offender received ‘privileges’ from the invaders in the form of free movement in the temporarily occupied territory of the region.

He even marked his own car with insignia of russian occupiers’ units.

After liberation of Kyiv region, the traitor tried to hide in the area.

However, the SSU established his location and detained him.

During the searches at the suspect’s residence, the SSU found russian-made food kits and mobile phones with ruscists’ contacts.

SSU investigators served the detainee a notice of suspicion under the Article 111.2 of the CCU (high treason committed under martial law).

Court chose custody as a measure of restraint for the suspect.

The SSU Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region carried out the operation and investigation under the procedural supervision of Kyiv Region Prosecutor’s Office.
