SSU collects evidence on another ‘kadyrovite’ who killed 5 civilians in Bucha

The SSU has identified the commander of a group of the akhmat special rapid response squad of the federal service of the national guard of russia in the Chechen Republic, who mercilessly killed five civilians in Bucha district, Kyiv region.

Police major Iznaur Ibrahimovych MUSAYEV is suspected of violating laws and customs of war and voluntary manslaughter (Article 438.2 of the CCU).

The pre-trial investigation established that this war criminal, as part of russian occupying forces, participated in the capture of Mykulychi village. His unit, committing violence and executions, carried out special raids to intimidate locals.

Commanding the special squad, Musayev and his subordinates, under the pretext of preventing cooperation between civilians with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, brutally shot people.

Musayev’s first victim was a 57-year-old local resident who dared to leave his own yard. The major first forced the elderly man to kneel, and then shot him in the back of the head with Yarygin pistol (MP-443 Grach).

The occupiers dragged the victim’s body to the house of another local, whom they also killed by a shot in the head.

The next three victims were a married couple, who were forced to kneel and killed, and a 67-year-old woman who was shot in the temple.

During just 30 minutes, Musayev and his subordinates killed five innocent people.

The SSU will continue to thoroughly investigate his involvement in other crimes.

The pretrial investigation is carried out by the SSU Main Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
