In the period from March 1 to March 30, 2022, lieutenant colonel Marushkin gave criminal orders to fire from artillery at populated areas and civilian facilities.

As for the two contractors of the russian armed forces, on March 11, they killed a resident of Hostomel, who refused to help the occupiers unload ammunition.
According to an eyewitness’s testimony, Oleksiy Tokmakov gave a knowingly criminal order to shoot the civilian, and his subordinate, contractor Oleksiy Kroshkin, carried out this order.
Within this criminal proceeding, the SSU also established the locations of the headquarters of two separate military units that occupied Hostomel, and seized personnel lists of the ‘elite’ police unit of the national guard of russia.
