However, as an exception, we note that the news about the SBU's participation in the so-called “Wagner special operation’’ is a common fake.

We emphasize that the fake news was first published by Russian media more than a week ago.

We also declare that no employee of the Security Service of Ukraine took part in the conversations of the militants and the recruiter, which were reportedly recorded on audio recordings.

Therefore, naming one of the participants of the conversation as an “SBU officer’’ in the subtitles is a conjecture and a deliberate manipulation.

We understand that the initiators of such information “campaigns’’ follow the logic of “a lie told several times may seem true to someone’’.

Therefore, we call on the Ukrainian media and individual leaders of public opinion to pay more attention to information hygiene and not to spread rumors in favor of unfriendly countries in the pursuit of sensations.
