During the pre-trial investigation, the operatives of the SBU Main Office of Internal Security exposed the fact of criminal activity of a lieutenant colonel of an SBU regional office.

The indictment is based upon the evidence gathered by Internal Security units about illegal wiretapping and obtaining information about phone connections, done by the perpetrator for the material benefit with the usage of forged documents.
