The SSU is investigating criminal proceedings against Russian propagandists Dmitriy Kiselyov and Olga Skabeeva.

These individuals are suspected of committing the crime under Article 110.3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine – trespass against territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine.

The SSU has been monitoring these individuals for a long time. But the basis of this criminal proceeding is their recent actions and incitement to war in Ukraine.

In particular, on air of Russian multimedia online platform ‘Smotrim’ Skabeeva and Kiselyov publicly called for changing the borders of Ukraine.

They knowingly justify Russia’s war against our country, in which Russian invaders fire at Ukrainian civilian targets, kill civilians, rape women and loot.

Both have been notified of suspicion in Ukrainian and Russian in the manner established by law.

They will be put on the international wanted list in the near future.
