Operatives of the SBU Main Department of Internal Security detained an individual who tried to bribe an SBU officer. The offender proposed the SBU officer money for shielding the underground casino.

According to intelligence, the man tried to organize illegal gambling in Vinnytsia region. He was eager to give bribes to the SBU officer on monthly basis.

Law enforcement detained the offender immediately after giving the first part of the bribe.

The SBU is going to serve the detainee a suspicion notice. A motion on choosing the type of detention is being filed to a court.

The operation was carried out by the SBU Main Department of Internal Security, National Police Investigative Department in Vinnytsia Region under the supervision of Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the Military and Defense Sphere of the Central Region.
