The SSU has documented the unlawful activity and detained another two officials who publicly justified russia’s armed aggression.

The suspected women are the head of a department of JSC Mykolaivoblenergo [Mykolaiv local energy company] and her deputy.

In conversations with their colleagues and subordinates, they denied the existence of Ukraine as a state and expressed their hopes for a seizure of Ukraine’s entire territory by the enemy.

The officials also justified missile attacks on Odesa and called for a mass murder of Ukrainians resisting the russian invaders.

The traitors hoped for an imminent occupation of Kyiv, Donbas and Mykolaiv oblast and even made predictions about the timeframes when Ukrainian territories will be captured.

Based on the collected evidence, the SSU has notified both women of suspicion under two Articles of the CCU:

• 110.1 (encroachment on Ukraine’s territorial integrity and inviolability);
• 436-2.3 (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine).

The court is to decide on custody as a measure of restraint.

The investigation is ongoing. The suspects are facing up to 8 years in prison with confiscation of property.

The operation was carried out by the SSU Office in Mykolaiv region under the procedural supervision of the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
