According to SBU CI investigation, the court sentenced an RLF member to 10 years in prison. The militant put up armed resistance to the ATO/JFO forces and shelled the Ukrainian positions.

The court founded him guilty of trespassing against territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine; creating a terrorist group or terrorist organization.
