At the SBU initiative, Ukraine bans flights of the Moldovan company JET4U S.R.L. and the Portuguese company JET4U LDA to Russia and temporarily occupied territories in violation of current law.

In view of identified violations, the SBU recommended the National Security and Defense Council to impose the following sanctions on the said companies: suspension of financial and economic obligations, cessation of transit, flight and transportation suspension through Ukraine, asset freezing.

The restrictions are valid until the end of Crimean occupation or until the entry into force of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights on Ukraine's claim to Russia for damages in connection with annexation of the peninsula.
