SSU identifies over 6,000 organizers of sham referenda in occupied regions since war started (video)
Since the full-scale aggression began, the SSU has identified more than 6,000 traitors and collaborators who organized fake referenda in the occupied areas in the south and east of Ukraine.
The SSU also initiated introduction of sanctions by the NSDC against almost 100 russian-controlled ‘foreign observers’. Through these ‘tourists’, the kremlin tried to legalize the sham referenda and their ‘results’.
According to the investigation, all the exposed suspects facilitated the unlawful activities related to the fake ‘accession’ of the occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions to russia.
In Kherson:
The SSU detained a representative of the so-called ‘election commission’, who campaigned for the region’s ‘accession’ to the aggressor state.
The offender visited apartments of high-rise buildings in one of the city’s districts and urged people to ‘vote’ for the kremlin project.
In Mykolaiv region:
The SSU neutralized the activities of three russian agents engaged in preparation and promotion of the pseudo-voting.
In Donetsk region:
The SSU identified all representatives of the so-called ‘DNR civil chamber’.
Members of this ‘chamber’ sent an ‘urgent appeal’ to the terrorist leader Pushilin demanding immediate separation of the region from Ukraine and its accession to russia.
In Luhansk region:
The SSU identified ‘member of LNR council’ who publicly supported sending a similar ‘letter’ to another terrorist leader Pasichnyk.
Another 11 organizers of the sham referendum were exposed in Zaporizhzhia region. Four of them are the so-called heads of ‘territorial election commissions’.
The collaborators collected locals’ personal data to compile ‘voter lists’ and send them to the occupation administration.
Subsequently, the enemy used this information to falsify the results of the unlawful voting.
Operational and investigative activities are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in subversive activities against Ukraine.
Currently, some of the exposed enemy accomplices are hiding from prosecution in the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine.
However, the SSU has established their locations and routes of movement and is acting to bring the offenders to justice.
