Since the beginning of russia’s full-scale invasion, the SSU Cyber Department has been working systematically to neutralize hacker attacks and counter the enemy’s information sabotage.

Over this period, hundreds of Internet agents acting in the occupiers’ favour have been exposed.

In Zaporizhzhia:

The SSU exposed a bot farm with over 50,000 fake accounts run by the aggressor state.

The bots ‘worked’ in social media and popular messengers. They were spreading prepared fakes, justifying the occupiers’ armed aggression and discrediting the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The offenders used special telecommunication equipment, which they placed in non-residential premises.

The bot farm has been dismantled, hardware, almost 500 GSM-modules, and over 3,000 SIM-cards have been seized.

In Kyiv:

A network of anonymous Telegram channels and communities on social networks has been blocked. These channels massively called for physical annihilation of Ukrainian nation. The organizer has been detained.

He is a resident of Kyiv, who created a number of Internet resources when the Russian invasion began. Through them, he promoted anti-Ukrainian content popularizing and justifying the occupiers’ actions in Ukraine.

In Odesa:

The SSU has neutralized a cell of pro-Russian civil association and prevented attempts to destabilize social and political situation in the South of Ukraine.

The offenders acted under the auspices of a fake association Workers’ Front of Ukraine coordinated and financed by the occupiers.

Since the beginning of active hostilities, they have produced a large amount of printed anti-Ukrainian material. On several occasions, they have attempted to spread banned communist symbols calling for revival of the Soviet Union. The next step they planned was staged mass meetings and rallies.

The SSU special purpose unit detained the leaders and active members of this pro-Russian organization.

All the traitors and collaborators will be held accountable for their actions in line with the law.
