On the recommendation of the Security Service of Ukraine, the court seized the corporate rights of 28 companies, owning GLUSCO gas stations and oil depots. They wanted to transfer assets worth over UAH 700 million to other persons.

Thus, the SBU did not allow criminals to avoid responsibility and paying taxes to the State Budget of Ukraine for almost UAH 240 million.

We recall that last March, more than 100 authorized searches were conducted at the facilities of these companies with the participation of the Security Service of Ukraine.

Fuel and lubricants (gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, petroleum products of unknown chemical composition) with a volume of more than 13 million liters and a total value of more than UAH 350 million were detected and seized thereat.

According to operative information, the business entities of the GLUSCO group of companies organized an illegal scheme to import oil products to Ukraine, hiding the real volumes of imports.

Currently, as part of the pre-trial investigation, investigative actions and a set of forensic examinations are being conducted, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the case and compensation of losses hurting the national interests of Ukraine.
