Six IAF terrorists receive notices of suspicion

In Luhansk region, six IAF terrorists received notices of suspicion. They are involved in crimes against national security and civil security.

SBU operatives and investigators established that with the beginning of the Russian armed aggression, four residents of the cities of Kadiivka (Stakhanov) and Alchevsk joined the so-called MDB LNR. They were engaged in “counterintelligence” and sabotage activities, illegal persecution and imprisonment, forced involvement of civilians in criminal activity.

The criminal proceedings were initiated upon the fact of committing illegal actions to change the territorial boundaries or state borders of Ukraine by an official and creation of the IAF in violation of Ukrainian law.

The SBU CI also documented the illegal activities of the heads of the Golubivskyi (Kirovsk) and Sorokynskyi (Krasnodon) city departments of
“the Migration Service of the LNR Ministry of Internal Affairs”. The offenders illegally issue “LNR” passports and other “official documents”.

The SBU investigators in absentia served the offenders notices of suspicion of encroaching on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine.

They are currently wanted.

The investigation is ongoing under supervision of Luhansk Region Prosecutor's Office.
