In Kharkiv city, SBU CI exposed the former CEO of one of the Ukroboronprom enterprises. He is suspected of providing a foreign customer with military services without relevant license.

Allegedly, the state-owned enterprise signed an international contract for maintenance of military transport aircraft of the Ministry of Defense of a foreign country. SBU officers established that the contract was concluded in violation with Ukrainian law.

The director decided to provide military services to a foreign customer without the permission of State Export Control Service of Ukraine.

Currently, SBU investigators served the fraudster a suspicion notice of violation of the procedure for international transfers of goods subject to state export control.

The documentation of illegal activities was conducted under the supervision of the Kharkiv Region Prosecutor's Office.
