Following SSU’s investigation, propagandist from Solovyov’s channel sentenced in absentia to 11 years in prison

Following the SSU’s investigation, the court convicted in absentia the collaborator Yulia Lozanova (better known as Yulia Vityazeva), who is hiding from justice in russia.

Back in 2015, she moved from Ukraine to moscow and began to publicly spread fakes about the socio-political situation in our country.

Since russia’s full-scale invasion, Lozanova has constantly advocated support for the invaders, stating this in numerous broadcasts on Solovyev Live TV channel.

The collaborator also became a ‘columnist’ for the occupation agency News Front, which was set up in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

The propagandist was one of the first to justify the ruscists after they blew up the dam at Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant.

She also regularly uses her Telegram channels to collect donations for the russian occupation groupings fighting against Ukraine.

Based on the evidence collected by the SSU, the court found the accused guilty under two Articles of the CCU:

  • 111-1.6 (collaboration);
  • 436-2.2, 436-2.3 (justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

Lozanova was sentenced in absentia to 11 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Efforts are underway to arrest and bring the criminal to justice.

The investigation was carried out under the procedural supervision of Lviv Region Prosecutor’s Office.
