Following SSU’s investigation, militants who stormed Ukrainian towns in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts convicted to 15 years behind bars

The SSU systematically brings to justice members of the DNR terrorist organization, who fought against Ukraine.

As a result of operational and investigative activities, the SSU collected evidence proving the guilt of another three militants who joined russian occupation troops in the early stages of the full-scale invasion.

They served in combat units of russia’s Southern military district and took an active part in assault operations to capture settlements in eastern and southern Ukraine.

The militants were taken prisoner during Ukraine’s counteroffensive last year.

Based on the results of the SSU’s investigation, court sentenced them to 10 to 15 years in prison.
