The SSU jointly with the State Bureau of Investigations collected evidence against Oleksii Nikonorov, who heads the ‘administration’ of Pushilin, leader of the terrorist organization ‘DNR’.

Nikonorov is a former senior operative of the State Tax Inspectorate in Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv.

In 2014, the official arbitrarily left his place of service and illegally moved to the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region.

There, he joined the unlawful armed groups and later became part of terrorist Pushilin’s inner circle.

It was under his patronage that Nikonorov held senior ‘positions’ in the ‘office of the DNR’s people’s council’, and in December 2018 became the head of the ‘administration’ of the leader of the fake state formation.

Since the launch of the full-scale invasion, the traitor has been directly involved in executing moscow’s orders to spread the kremlin regime in the temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk oblast.

Based on the collected evidence, Nikonorov has been notified of suspicion under Articles 111.1, 111.2 of the CCU - high treason.

Currently, he is hiding from justice in the temporarily occupied territory. The efforts are ongoing to hold the traitor to account.

The offender is facing life imprisonment.

The SSU Office in Kyiv and Kyiv region and the SBI carried out the investigation under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
