Following SSU’s investigation, court to consider case of ‘Crimea’s supreme court judge’ who delivered fabricated sentences to Chubarov and Bekirov

The SSU and the SBI have collected evidence against the traitorous judge Yulia Tsorayeva, involved in mass repressions against the Crimean Tatar people in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Being a member of the occupation ‘supreme court’, she participated in the imposition of a prison ‘sentence’ in a fabricated case against the Mejlis Chairman Refat Chubarov.

Tsorayeva was also involved in the imprisonment of Edem Bekirov, an activist of the national movement of Crimean Tatars.

According to the investigation, before the occupation of the Ukrainian peninsula, she was a judge of Kerch City Court.

After russians captured the Crimea, she defected to the enemy and remained in the court.

In 2020, by putin’s order, the ‘official’ was appointed a ‘judge of russia’s supreme court’ on the occupied peninsula.

Based on the evidence collected by the SSU, Tsorayeva was notified of suspicion under Article 111.1 of the CCU (high treason).

The indictment against the accused has been sent to court. The traitor is hiding in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine; efforts are underway to bring her to justice.

The suspect is facing up to 15 years in prison with confiscation of property.

The investigation was carried out under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea and Sevastopol City.
