SBU CI exposed and documented the illegal activities of the head of the so-called DNR Border Guard Service, who was involved in encroachments on Ukraine's territorial integrity and inviolability and terrorist attacks.

Allegedly, SBU officers established that the suspect was a member of the terrorist group since 2015. The offender, being the “head of service”, provides illegal “border control” of the Ukrainian state border areas occupied by DNR militants.

The law enforcement served the offender in absentia a suspicion notice of trespass against territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine and creation of a terrorist group or terrorist organization.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Region Prosecutor's Office.
