Andrushchenko Serhii Anatoliiovych

First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine – the Head of the Antiterrorist Centre at the Security Service of Ukraine

Andruschenko Serhii was born on March 18th, 1975, in Vinnytsia city.

In 1997 he graduated from Vinnytsia State Pedagogical Institute, majoring in world history and basic law, in 2014 he finished National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine.

In 1999 he began his military service in state security agencies. During his time in a regional SSU office, he was promoted from Security Officer to Head of the unit.

Since 2013, he has been working in the Central Office of the Security Service of Ukraine, where for six years he rose from Deputy Chief of the division to the Head of the Department of National Statehood Protection. 

In November 2019, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine by Decree of the President of Ukraine.

In July 2021, he was appointed First Deputy Head of the Security Service of Ukraine by Decree of the President of Ukraine no. 313/2021.

By Decree of the President of Ukraine no. 314/2021, he was designated as the Chief of the Antiterrorist Center at the Security Service of Ukraine.
