Based on the SBU materials, militant of the “LNR” terrorist organization was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment.

CI officers and investigators of the special service found that in 2014-2015 resident of temporarily occupied Sorokyno within illegal units of terrorists countered ATO forces in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. In particular, he was actively involved in combat operations near Debaltseve. In course of time, the militant continued "service" at checkpoints of terrorists in the so-called "Customs Committee of LNR."

Within the framework of criminal proceedings initiated under Part 2 Art. 110 and Part 1 of Art. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine a militant was put on the wanted list.

Last September in the result of planned special operation SBU extracted terrorist on the territory under Ukrainian control  and detained him.

Svativskyi district court of Luhansk region found his guilty of trespassing against territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine and participation in activities of terrorist organisation.

The verdict came into force.
