Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Zaporizzhya city sentenced a smuggler of anabolic steroids under the SBU materials.

The special service operatives have established that a resident of the regional center tried to set up smuggling abroad of strong drugs, containing metandienone.

The drug dealer was detained in February 2019 in the “Airport-Zaporizzhya” international checkpoint during attempt to export almost two thousand pills of steroids.

The court found offender’s guilty of committing crime stipulated by Part 1 Art. 15 and Part. 1 Art. 201 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to five years of imprisonment.

The verdict came into force.
