SBU officers exposed on systematic receipt of improper advantage official of district unit of the State Enforcement Service in Rivne city.

Operatives of the special service found that for the money reward the senior state executor assisted citizens in closing of enforcement proceedings and removed information on the debts from the automated systems of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Law enforcement officers detained the attacker in the workplace after receiving from the participant of enforcement proceedings a part of the bribe in the amount of UAH 18,000 for lifting the ban on leaving abroad.

The detainee was served a notice of suspicion of committing a crime stipulated by Part 3 Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of choosing a preventive measure is being settled.

In order to identify other persons involved in illegal activity, investigative actions  are ongoing in the framework of criminal proceeding.

The operation was conducted under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Rivne region.
