SBU investigation helped to serve suspicion notice of trespass against fundamentals of national security to the deputy of Myronivka village council of Donetsk region.

The pre-trial investigation established that in April 2014 the Deputy participated in the organization and conduction of the so-called "referendum on the state independence of DNR". In particular, during the extraordinary session of the village council, he contrary to the legislation of Ukraine voted for anti-constitutional “will expression".

The investigators of security bodies suspect deputy of committing crime stipulated by Part 1 Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of choosing the measure of restraint to the offender is now being decided.

We recall that in the summer of 2019 SBU investigation helped to sentence for the organization of pseudoreferendum to six years of imprisonment the village head of Myronivka.
