The investigator of Yavoriv district police unit of Lviv region, exposed by the SBU officers, is served suspicion notice of committing a crime.

According to the investigation, the official extorted and received from a local resident USD 2 thousand for not bringing to criminal liability for intentional infliction of blows to his friend.

Within the framework of a criminal proceeding initiated under Part 3 Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the investigator was served suspicion notice.

The pretrial investigation in criminal proceedings is conducted under the materials of the SBU Office in Lviv region jointly with the State Bureau of Investigations under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Lviv region.
