SBU CI Department prevented illegal transfer of military sensing system components to Russia in Chernihiv region.

The dual-use goods subjected to state export control have been seized at the “Senkivka” international checkpoint.

Allegedly, the law enforcement found components that are intended for use in military radar technology.

The criminal proceeding was initiated under Part 1 Art. 333 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The urgent investigative and operative actions on establishing all circumstances of the case and bringing to criminal responsibility other persons involved in the illegal activity are under way.

The operation was conducted jointly with the border guards.
