SBU public receptions will temporarily not work in Kyiv and regional centers due to COVID-19.

Citizens, as before, can report on the offences via our 24-hour hotlines or e-mail of Central and Regional Offices of the Service, which are available in «To the Public» section of our web-site.

All appeals, applications and notices are checked regularly. Responses to request will be made within the time limits established by law.

We would like to inform you that a reading room of the SBU Sectoral State Archive will not work since March 17, 2020. Please sent your request on archival information via the
e-mail form (arhivsbu@ssu.gov.ua), or by telephone (044) 256-92-96.
