SBU materials helped to the Prosecutor's Office of Donetsk region to serve suspicion notice of committing crimes against the national security principals to two acting deputies of Myronivka village council of Donetsk region.

According to the investigation, in April 2014, the deputies facilitated the organization and holding of the illegal vote on the creation of the so-called DNR. Contrary to the legislation of Ukraine, at an extraordinary session of the village council, the suspects took the decision to hold a fake will expression and actively encouraged the residents of Donetsk region to come to the separatist electoral district.

The SBU investigators suspect deputy of committing crime stipulated by Part 1 Art.110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of choosing the form of detention to the offender is now being decided.
