The so-called Minister of Transport of “DNR” terrorist organization was accused of committing a crime in absentia, due to materials provided by SBU.

Allegedly, a resident of temporarily occupied Yasynuvata town, who had previously been a chief of local locomotive depot, joined IAF in 2014. The leaders of IAF promoted the suspect to Head of the Railway on the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.

While being “at office”, the suspect organized transportation of IAF members, military weapons and equipment for engagement in aggression against the ATO forces. He also actively participated in establishing quasi-governmental authorities.

Since 2018, the suspect holds the position of the so-called Minister of Transport of “DNR”.

For the time being, the suspect was served a notice of suspicion in absentia of creation a terrorist group or a terrorist organization (P. 1 Art. 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The investigation is ongoing to identify and bring to justice all the persons involved into the criminal activity.

SBU put the suspect on the wanted list.
