The SBU uncovered a resident of Lviv region who used forged Ukrainian diplomatic license plates and car registration documents abroad. 

Counterintelligence officers established that the diplomatic license plates were issued to another vehicle and have no relation to the man and his elite car. 

Pseudo-diplomat used forged license plates and a technical passport of the car, as he expected to have a special protection under international law, diplomatic privileges and immunity. 

SBU officers are checking possible offender’s involvement in another illegal activity.
Investigation is ongoing within a criminal proceeding initiated for using the forged documents.
