The Security Service of Ukraine exposed a judge of one of the district courts of Donetsk region, who used forged documents to go to work from temporarily occupied Donetsk.

Allegedly, the official used false passport to hide the fact of permanent residence in the temporarily uncontrolled territory of the region from the management of the state institution.

Counterintelligence officers detained the judge on another attempt to cross the Novotroitske checkpoint under an assumed name.

Currently, the offender is served a suspicion notice under Part 4 Art.358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Investigative actions are ongoing to establish all the circumstances of the case and possible ties with representatives of the so-called "Ministry of State Security of the DNR".

The operation was carried out jointly with the Territorial Department of the State Bureau of Investigations in Kramatorsk city and the National Police under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Donetsk region.
