Parents of Russian occupiers see war in Ukraine as chance to get rich (audio)
Parents of invaders call their sons ‘sponsors’ and urge them to loot.
This is evidenced by new conversations of occupiers intercepted by the SSU.
‘Don’t stand out! My sponsor must make a lot of dough and come home,’ says the father to his son, a Russian soldier currently stationed near Kharkiv.
He advises his son not to worry over his low salary and to compensate the lack of money with expensive cars in Ukraine: ‘disassemble Mercedes cars, they have costly parts.’
The ‘warrior’ admits that he thought about it himself, but ‘our commanders either steal and drive them themselves or shoot them with assault rifles.’
So, the resourceful dad gives new advice: ‘Remove the generator. A generator for a Mercedes or Audi costs 10-20k. ‘Bury’ a dozen generators – that’s 200k.’
Probably, he is so blinded by the desire to get rich that he’s not thinking that his own son may be buried there.
Ukrainian defenders are working 24/7 to do this!
