SBU CI officers stopped the illegal activities of officials of one of the domestic private airlines. They tried to smuggle military goods to one of the African countries in violation of the current export control legislation. They wanted to transport air components for military aircraft.

During the customs clearance of the cargo, the company's officials submitted public documents on the use of aircraft units with false data. At that, the permits provided for by the current legislation for the export of goods of this category were absent.

Military goods were seized. Based on the results of their identification, a decision will be made on the registration of criminal proceedings upon violation of procedure of international transfers of goods subject to state export control.

Measures to stop illegal activities were carried out in cooperation with the State Border Guard Service and the Kyiv Customs of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.
