‘DNR people’s militiaman’ fought against his own son and fired at houses in Severodonetsk (video)
This captive is a resident of Donetsk, who has been fighting against the Ukrainian army since 2015 as a member of a tank unit of the so called ‘DNR people’s militia’.
After russia started its full-scale invasion, he came to Luhansk region together with the russian occupying forces. He did this despite the fact that his own son is fighting on the side of Ukraine.
‘My family is my wife and son, who have been living in Dnipro since 2014. I have been a ‘DNR’ serviceman since 2015. On March 25, 2022, we set out to start active hostilities against the Armed Forces of Ukraine,’ the militant says.
He confesses that he fired from a tank at Zorya Chemical Plant in Rubizhne, the drama theater and apartment buildings in the old part of Severodonetsk, where peaceful civilians were hiding from shelling.
Following orders, he was razing the city to the ground, ‘paving the way’ for their infantry.
It was during the fighting in Luhansk region when the Ukrainian military took him and several ‘infantrymen’ prisoner.
The evidence provided by them will be included in the criminal proceedings on facts of russian aggression against Ukraine and will be used in international courts.
