On February 16, Anatolii Sharii was served a notice of suspicion of treason and violation of citizens’ equality based on their race, nationality, religious beliefs, disability and other grounds.

On February 22, Anatolii Sharii was summoned for interrogation as a suspect, but he did not appear. His absence can be interpreted as hiding from the investigation.

At the same time, the request of Sharii’s lawyer V. Rybin will be considered and satisfied in accordance with the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Both the lawyer and his client are invited on February 25 to review the materials of the proceedings.
