DEAR UKRAINIANS!

Today, in this time of trial, our Constitution acquires special significance.

After all, this is not just a law, but a system of coordinates by which we move and build our European future. It is a concentration of all those freedoms and values ​​that Ukrainians have been defending in centuries of struggle.

We are protecting them now defending our state from the enemy. And we will not back down.

Because our Ukraine is sovereign and independent, and its territory is integral and inviolable, where Crimea, Kherson, Izium, Mariupol, Donetsk and other cities and villages have been and will be Ukrainian. And we will remain citizens of a free state united by love for our Homeland.

No one will take this away from us!

Because all of us - the military, medics, volunteers, entrepreneurs, IT specialists, civil servants - are fighting for the state of our dreams.

We will win!

I wish Ukrainians unity, courage and strength to restore the constitutional order enshrined in our Basic Law throughout the territory of our entire state!
