russia begins to deceitfully recruit mercenaries for war in Ukraine (video)
The new batch of prisoners of war from russia, captured in Luhansk region, did not even suspect that they would be taking part in the war.
Residents of Mari El Republic, Tatarstan and even Moscow planned to work as security guards and technicians on oil rigs and protect them from pirates.
All three prisoners were recruited through the private military company Euro Polis (Krasnodar, Russia) and, imagine, under employment contracts.
‘And before we left for our shift, which lasts for 4 months, we signed a civil legal contract’ an occupier says.
Another one told the SSU that after they were brought to Luhansk region, they were told: ‘That’s it, men. No way back, there is no point in fleeing… If you run - ours will fire at you.’
The captured prisoners were cannon fodder in battles with the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the settlements of Bohuslavske, Komyshuvakha and Viktorivka in Luhansk region. They were abandoned by their own commander, after which the occupiers got under artillery shelling.
Now the prisoners are cooperating with the SSU investigators. All testimonies are documented, the case files will be submitted to court for a reasonable and just verdict.
