SSU identifies all collaborators and traitors who joined ‘ministry of internal affairs of russia’ in Kherson region (video)

The SSU has enhanced counterintelligence efforts on the southern front. As a result of operational and investigative work, the SSU has identified all collaborators and traitors who joined the ‘main directorate of the ministry of internal affairs of Kherson region’ established by occupiers.

This pseudo-formation fulfills the task of suppressing resistance and intimidating residents of the temporarily occupied regions in the South of Ukraine. This is carried out through massive repressions, persecution and illegal detention of citizens.

For this, in particular, the occupiers restored the Berkut regional militia unit.

Victims are subjected to psychological pressure, violence and death threats. Facts of abduction and torture of people have been recorded.

Under the leadership of russian special services, collaborators also select and recruit ‘like-minded people’, who are offered to join the occupiers’ ‘headquarters of ministry of internal affairs.’

To look for ‘candidates’ they use personal connections, including among former employees of the law enforcement.

The SSU has collected all identification data on each collaborator, documented their criminal activities and established their whereabouts and movement routes.

Based on what the SSU has gathered, 26 representatives of the ‘regional directorate of the ministry of internal affairs’ hiding in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region have been notified of suspicion of collaboration (Article 111-1.7 of the CCU). 14 of them are former employees of the National Police of Ukraine.

Here are some of these suspects, in particular their ‘superior staff’:

  • BOBRYSHEV V.M. - chief of HR department;
  • TRUBAYEV M.V. - chief of criminal investigation department;
  • HARKUSHA H.O. - commander of Berkut battalion;
  • SAVINA N.V. - deputy chief of HR department - head of personnel unit;
  • STRUSENKO Ye.H. - deputy chief of investigative department – chief of investigative unit of Suvorovsky city police department;
  • MALYNOVSKYI R.O. – deputy chief of criminal investigation department – chief of unit for solving crimes against person;
  • HORELOV K.V. – chief of public relations center;
  • VELYKOSELSKYI Ye.V. – chief of Suvorovsky department for combating drug trafficking;
  • SHERSHEN M.V. – chief of Suvorovsky city department of precinct police inspectors;
  • ODYNETS S.S. - deputy chief of Suvorovsky city department of precinct police inspectors.

Complex measures are underway to bring every traitor to justice for crimes against Ukraine.

The SSU emphasizes the inevitability of punishment for collaboration with the occupiers.

The SSU has been working on the case under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
