The SSU has immediately launched an investigation into another war crime of the occupiers - rocket strike on civilian targets in Kremenchuk.

The proceedings were opened under Article 438.2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of laws and customs of war).

Investigators are already working at the scene; a team from the SSU Main Investigative Directorate has been sent to Kremenchuk.

We will do everything to identify not only those who carried out the attack, but also those who gave the order to kill peaceful Ukrainians. After all, there were no military or defence facilities at the site of the missile strike.

All those involved in this egregious war crime must be punished!

We express our condolences to the families and friends of the victims and together with the entire country we pray for recovery of the wounded.

We will definitely defeat the occupiers no matter how many atrocities they commit!
