SSU puts russian woman, who urged husband-occupier to rape Ukrainian women, on international wanted list

The SSU has collected irrefutable evidence against the wife of the russian invader, who prompted him to violence against Ukrainian civilians.

The offender is a russian citizen Olga Bykovska, who lives in the occupied Crimea.

After the start of the full-scale invasion, she called for raping Ukrainian women in the temporarily occupied areas of Kherson region.

The suspect put forward such ‘suggestion’ to her husband, a soldier in the russian occupation forces in the southern region.

As a result of operational and investigative activities, the SSU intercepted this phone conversation and documented the fact of the crime.

Based on the collected evidence, SSU investigators notified the woman of suspicion under the Article 438.1 of the CCU (violation of laws and customs of war).

The indictment has been sent to court. The suspect was put on the national and international wanted list.

The crime is punishable by up to 12 years of imprisonment.

The investigation to bring the perpetrator to prosecution for crimes against Ukraine is under way.

The SSU Main Investigation Department and the SSU Cyber Department carried out the investigation under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
