Today’s prisoner exchange is the result of the efforts of the Joint Centre for the Coordination of Search and Liberation of Prisoners of War, the Coordination Staff for the Treatment of PoWs, and other authorised agencies, which carried out the order of Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
