Today’s exchange is the outcome of the efforts of the Joint Centre for the Coordination of Search and Liberation of Prisoners of War, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of PoWs and other authorised agencies, which carried out the order of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
